Psychopharmacology (medication) evaluation and management. Second opinion medication consultation. Case consultation with your primary physician or other health care provider.
Dr. Slayden is fully trained and seasoned by years of experience. Your medication management is exclusively performed by him, a medical doctor (psychiatrist.) Dr Slayden will review any prior medications you have taken in the past along with your medical and psychiatric history and determine the best course of treatment for you in his opinion which may include Psychotherapy along with the possibility of medication treatment.

Dr Slayden has been fully trained in multiple modalities of therapy and has over 50 years of experience in psychotherapy. He is trained in psychodynamic, experiential, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family therapy along with individual models of therapy including Child and Adolescent therapy.
Genetic will thoroughly review Testing
I have the ability to test for the metabolism of many medications with a simple saliva sample. This test provides us with indicators regarding which medications to avoid and in some cases which may be more effective plus a test for a deficiency of the capability to convert certain nutrients to a CNS functional form.
